Everything in the bakery is made from scratch with no preservatives — breads, pies, cinnamon rolls, and huckleberry pastries — alongside bulk foods, baking supplies, spices, some organic produce, made-to-order deli sandwiches on homemade bread, and homemade ice cream. Many products come from Idaho and Montana producers.
